HOW TO APPLY FOR OUR TRAINING:

To apply you must be registered on TURAS

HIGHLAND COUNCIL AND NHS STAFF: 

You should be registered on TURAS already. If so please go to (TURAS link) and login to book on the course directly by following the process below.

or

If you are new to TURAS then please register first using your work email before following the process below. This video demonstrates how to create an account.

TURAS Booking Process

  1. Click on TURAS link
  2. Sign in (work email and original password)
  3. Click on My Learn
  4. Click on the search bar and search for the course you wish to attend (e.g. Gender Based Violence or MARAC)
  5. Scroll down until you see the course you want, then click on the title
  6. Scroll down and click on the blue BOOK button. You are now booked on.
  7. CANCELLATIONS: If necessary to cancel the booking, go into TURAS repeat the process and press the RED cancel booking button.

ALL OTHER PARTIES:

Please go to (TURAS link) and register using your work email. 

This video demonstrates how to create your account if you do not already have one.

  1. To complete the application process please email us at vawp.highland@nhs.scot with the following information:
    • Full name
    • Job role/Employer
    • Email address
    • Dates/Course you wish to attend
  2. The VAW Team will then add you to the course on TURAS.

This completes the application process.
